Dispach & Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner. They aim to deliver all UK standard packages within 3-5 working days, and First Class within 1-2 working days. International orders are estimated to take 3-5 working days for mainland Europe, and 5-7 working days for worldwide.

Tax & Duty
We try to make sure for our customers not to pay any extras but some products may need paying up and it's a responsibility of buyer to check it in advance.
You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods. They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay. They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

 Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns of consumable products like rapeh , herbs etc.
We do not accept returns of made to order products.
We do accept returns of non-consumable products within 14 days from purchase . In order to do this contact us before sending product back.
Customer is responsible to pay for product that is sending back.
Money will be refunded to customer after receiving back product and not sooner. We recommend to send back products with tracking number as a proof .
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
